While most of us are working from home or maintaining social distancing due to the Covid19 outbreak, our healthcare front liners are braving great risks to their health in battling against the deadly Covid-19 virus.
These unsung heroes are sacrificing their time with their families and friends and the dedication to serve our fellow countrymen during this difficult time.
As the number of cases rises, the supply of medical gears and protective equipment are rapidly depleting. The least we can do for them and our country is to contribute and continue to support them by supplying armours that will enable them to protect themselves whilst they are carrying out their daily duties.
On top of the current Government support, the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) has partnered up with a response & relief team IMARET (http://www.imamalaysia.org/what-we-do/imaret/), a reliable and certified non-profit organisation (NGO) that conforms to MKN20 protocol to distribute the items to hospitals and ‘Klinik Kesihatan’ nationwide.
No amount is small as your contribution will certainly help them to purchase the following items:
- 200,000 units of PPE/ICU suits (sterile protective coverall)
- 2 million units of 3-ply face masks
- 100,000 units of face visors
- 20,000 units of space suits
- Other required medical equipment
- Food & general supplies
