MyMakBidan aims to bring together traditional post natal services to the convenience of the modern world through the usage of mobile applications and a web portal.
The MyMakBidan project is divided into 2 tiers.
Tier 1 is to develop a web portal that will have information on post natal services, educational aspect of pregnancy, delivery and post-partum.The cost to develop a Web Portal is estimated at RM5000. Indirectly there are also other cost that will arise such as Facebook ads, marketing collaterals, online stores, which would cost an estimated RM5000.
Tier 2 will be the development of mobile apps whereby it can be uploaded onto smartphones. The development and advertisement/marketing shall be around RM5000 initial and later on will increase based on how technical the app could be (similar like Groupon apps).
The total estimate project is RM50000
Tier 1: It will have online stores for mother n baby stuff.
Most importantly it is a portal to do online booking for post natal home service or "mak bidan". This is done normally around 2nd trimester upwards. It will outline the services offered, packages, duration and price.
The customer will provide personal details such as name, address, where they plan to give birth, first time delivery or not, which hospital to deliver, which doctor etc. Upon receiving the contact numbers, we will call for confirmation and ask to place deposit. There will be a lot of contest to make our presence rewarded.
We will also collaborate with jamu and products after birth producers to organise contest. They can help us to fund our advertisement as well. There will be online contest using Mymakbidan and landing to the web portal to claim for attractive offers. The portal is friendly user whereby only need to register using Facebook account.
There will also be videos on related topics such as tips on pregnancy and post natal, breast feeding, confinement menu
and a checklist before labour (in hospital), after discharge and many more
The portal serves to be educational and informative and will have a column for testimonials and therapist rating. This is to ensure the customers are well-equipped with information before they decide to make booking online.
The 2nd tier will be to develop mobile apps that can be uploaded to smartphone. It has similar topics as the website but most importantly it will have a instant booking and can capture the database. Later on will develop to accept payment online.
We would encourage you to connect your Facebook with pitchIN before you pitch to the project. If not, your pitch will be identified as "anonymous" in the Project Page. However, if you choose to pitch anonymously, pitchIN would still have your information. We think it would be just awesome if we can see and identify our supporters in the wall of pitchers.
